Wes Magill, Founder/Principal
The vision of Wes Magill (Principal), Magill Inc. is an independent, innovative civil engineering, land planning & development, and construction management firm based in Nashville, TN. A native Nashvillian, Wes’s connection to the built environment dates back to childhood where his love for drawing and complex problem solving skills prompted his architect father to steer him towards civil engineering. His career began 21 years ago as an intern at a civil engineering firm as an undergrad at Western Kentucky University, where he earned his Bachelor’s of Science & Engineering. Prior to founding his own practice, Wes served in senior roles at well-regarded civil engineering firms and oversaw land development at the headquarters of one of the nation’s leading developers. Wes brings nearly 15 years of experience running projects of all sizes from entitlements through construction, including master planned communities, large mixed-use commercial and residential developments, industrial buildings (including big box industrial centers for global brands). Wes lives in Franklin, TN, with his wife and three young children.
